Has anyone dealt with the New Zealand FMA and FAP regulations?

I'm launching a project that tokenizes real estate in New Zealand for micro investing and I'm pretty sure even New Zealand is crypto friendly the fact I am trading in houses and cashing out with main stream fiat gateways I will maybe require both FAP and real-estate licensing.

It should be fine as I have no fraud or theft related criminal record just a record for beating someone with a hammer literally Apu style ah me and my autism.

I have no idea how Americans cope, it seems crazy in USA how much bs you must do to even qualify for it and in USA you can only apply if you have like millions in networth.
