No argument here. It was just a temporary measure. Like using methadone to get off opiates. I tried and failed multiple times to give up Coke and couldn't do it. It was like a reflect to order it in a restaurant. Then I got the idea of trying Crystal Lite. In the long term maybe the latter is worse but for some reason drinking it gave me the willpower to resist ordering Coke long enough to break the addiction. Then I stopped drinking the Crystal Lite which was really easy since it didn't have the addictive hfcs in it. Now I just drink water. No way I'd drink anything with artificial sweetener long term but as a stepping stone off the liquid diabetes it got the job done

i bought a house built in 2019 in summer 2021 and was the 3rd owner in 3 years. This summer I had to do a full tear off new roof and there were other issues with the construction to the point where i just wanted to cut all ties with the residence. I think there was negative energy tied to that place. And the house was way too big for me plus the taxes were way too high because it was in a upper middle class neighborhood with a homeowners association and as a result, most of my neighbors were complete NPC faggots or outright glowies. And if im going to keep trading I want to cut my expenses as much as possible. My taxes at the new place are half of what they were at the place I just sold today, and its much cozier and im no longer out in the rural cow pastures. And I'll have more more in the brokerage account to sell covered calls against when its all said and done. So a win all around even though its a financial loss. Sometimes you gotta learn how to lose before you can learn how to win. It's just money afterall, it'll grow back
