This is why shares have been removed, not because they were cancelled or extinguished, but an anti-trading injunction was imposed during the proceedings of CH11, which will mean that any and ALL shareholders at the end of CH1 will receive equity in the new entity, because ownership has not changed - per Section 382, all owners of 4.5% shares were recorded by the court and the ant-trading order imposed to prevent 5% owners becoming 51% owners. No notice is given to them this is happening because it would defeat the point of the injunction as prior to it being enacted they could make a large trade. Without a motion for relief not one may trade, which the court is unlikely to allow which is why no short gain porn. NO ONE CAN TRADE.

Now, AFTER the anti-trading order was imposed shares were made worthless because this is the precursor to CH1 ending, old company dead, new company reissue. The company formerly called Buy Buy Baby is going through a credit bid likely to Cohen, who has all the trademarks ready, has sold children's books etc so the company has not changed in what it sells or what it is about, allowing the use of NOL's to carry forward to the successor company. Which comes full circle, shareholders must be made whole in this event.

It was one for the books - one desperate ape gave Pulte his resume (but asked that he pass it on to Ryan Cohen). Another was so stressed that he started crying when he talked about Pulte's grandfather. They ate ice cream and dressed up like astronauts. Someone in a bear costume came out and danced around. Chat was split between people insisting that it might be Ryan Cohen in the bear suit, and people who were pissed that it was yet another nothingburger. The Pissed Off Contingent's case was bolstered by the fact that, partway through the show, Pulte said that anyone who donated $500 would be invited to Florida at a layer date to meet with Pulte.
