What would be the best way to lend to a landlord? I want to take over a real estate operation through debt alone, just indebting a landlord and having them put part of their cash flow to me. What do landlords need financial help with the most?

The far right hates landlords, because landlords are the primary beneficiaries of mass immigration and zoning permit restrictions, and a disproportionate amount of landlords are jewish. The lefts hates landlords because they think profit is evil.

Costs they didn’t prepare for like replacing floors or appliances. Not sure how you’re going to offer a more appealing solution than a 0% card though

Also, they are to stupid to understand that a large chunk of that rent money goes to the state. Most rent money goes to the state, banks and maintenance.

I don't think the problem is landlords as it is housing in the modern world (late 19th century-) becoming a commodity and an investment, Especially since the 1940s. This takes it away from being a practical right and a given to own your own land and house (even if it's a big house on a big property which a few family generations live in to save on living costs, which is the traditional way in a lot of countries), and is now something a small group of individuals will pay the largest amount of their income towards and can't even afford often if they don't have high income. And boomers and banks sit on these properties.

Redditors hate landlords because they think they're the source of the problem of the commodification of housing. They're not the source; they are just the ones who benefit the most from the problem.

> I am poor, I am not a landlord, I will likely never own more than one property, so lets hate on everyone who is better off.

most of it goes into capital that allows the purchase of more capital assets to gain rent from.
this way assets can snowball thus leading to an increase in that asset class which increased the barrier to entry toward acquiring those assets and you end up with homes having a median price of a half a million dollars far exceeding inflation.

the poor should export violence to bring the prices down.
it's the most rationally economic thing they could do if they can't compete with capital

They are stupid and think that owning a building is free, and that rent only exists because the rich like to oppress the poor.

In reality about 85 to 90% of rent goes to paying actual bills, with 10 to 15% as operating profit for the landlord. After all taxes are paid, the landlord is maybe making 10% of your rent as profit, if he's lucky.

>Why do redditors hate landlords?

The same reason they think the reason that the prices for everything went up simultaneously was because of "greedflation." They are just stupid.
