>Pulling some LINK off an exchange to get it ready for staking
>Use a debit card to quickly buy some ETH for gas, withdraw it
>Go to withdraw the LINK
>"Sorry, because you used a credit card we're not letting you withdraw for 7 days. It's to safeguard the credit card funds. Too bad!"
>But the ETH which I actually bought with the credit card withdrew just fine
These fuckers don't actually hold any of my LINK, do they?

You don't own any LINK. You own some IOUs from shady retards.

They want until the funds actually clear from your bank. If you need it now, trade just enough link for the eth to cover the gas, because the link is money that's actually there.

But they let me withdraw the ETH, and it's sitting in my wallet. So their own excuse doesn't check out at all.

My 750 LINK has been "there" for months, and I don't think they have enough in their overleveraged fractional reserve fuckery of a wallet to actually pay me back.

So I found the exchange's account, and they have 42k LINK there.

Aside from how hilarious it is that the biggest crypto exchange in my country only has twice as much LINK as I do, it means that they have more than enough to action my withdrawal.
So I've told them to send me the LINK, and if they don't then I'm going to complain to the regulator.

Not your keys not your crypto, kids. Learn it.
