Dont lie to the man, of course height matters to women. Single most important physical feature for women by far. Im 5 foot 10 and definitely get more looks than a 5 foot guy, and a 6'2 guy gets more than me. But don't let that fool you into thinking only looks matter, women care far less about looks than men, so personality and money makes a difference.
