I strictly gamble in my Roth IRA. It hasn't grown for like 6 years. I mean, I did turn it from like $25k to $100k at one point but then back down to like $28k now. I don't add to it. I have so much in crypto it seems like a joke, so I treat it like play money.

It's not even a 'you should sell this because it's crypto' thing. You should have target percentages that each class of assets should make up, based on expected return but adjusted for risk. Once one asset grows to the point that it makes up more than the target percentage, the mathematically correct thing to do is to rebalance.
