i used to really like okex until one day they decided to put new, much smaller limits on deposits without any notification to me whatsoever, BUT allowed me to deposit over my new limit that i knew nothing about (no warning at all), and then they locked my funds that went over the limit until I did KYC with them. fucking niggerlicious move right there, i avoid them now.
