Day 2 of bullposting every day until RSR is at ATH

I have some 8k old RSR. How do I convert it to the new RSR?

1 million RSR holder here, bought in the last bull market 2 years ago around an avg of $0.03. I want nothing more than this project to do well but I feel so let down and so disappointed in the Reserve team that I have to vent.

I originally invested because of the impressive VC backers and easy to understand vision. RSV as a stablecoin with RSR backing to keep its peg. They had an RSV app and a big push in South America to onboard users. App development was a bit slow but things were looking up. They were teasing a "mainnet" launch which was supposed to be its own independent blockchain

On the good side, after two years of distribution there is no way but up

Fast forward 2 years later and they have abandoned RSV and the app, and never talk about them anymore. The new vision for RSR is not as a peg for RSV but "a platform for asset-backed currencies" which honestly I don't even know what the fuck that means

slow exit scam

And the big "mainnet" launch? It was not a launch of an independent blockchain, but just a re-launch of the original RSR token on the ETH mainnet, which the project was ALREADY launched on.

The app is relaunching but you wouldn't know that as a fudboy

Some people say that Nevin scammed his early backers. I don't believe that but I will say that I am so so disappointed in the team's abandoning of their original vision, their lack of clarity as to what's going on with the project, and the overall snails pace at which they deliver things. I seem physically incapable of selling at a loss so I will hold onto my bags but the RSR of today is not a project I would buy into. Vent over, and sorry for fucking up your thread OP

>> No.56682913

>>56682847
Why do they need to relaunch the app? What happened to the original one that they spent millions on and hyped endlessly for two years? You know I was trying to be polite about this while still speaking the harsh truth as I see it but obv you're just going to call me names regardless. Childish. If you don't think that anything I said here is a cause for concern then address my points.

They should have just automatically funded your wallet with an amount of new RSR matching the old one (some cex wallets excepted). Check etherscan for the new token and your wallet address. You might be pleasantly surprised.

dude dual-coin structures were strictly a 2018 idea....no one will ever use that. everyone in the space moved to algorithmic models that are 10x easier to control.
its a completely dead coin and project.

At these prices you can cash out that 8k RSR and buy a nice tuna sandwich with all the fixins. Yum!

A nice ray of hope, I'll keep an eye on it. Like I said I'm heavily invested in this and do hope it succeeds despite the history.

>>56682970
I have a theory that they got massively spooked by the LUNA meltdown which had a very similar structure and that caused the pivot. Orcone of their backers got spooked and forced them in a different direction. That's just a theory anyway

i live in venezuela. reserve is so weird. their app was popular here for a while because people could buy and sell bolivares or something (i didn't use it) then they stopped providing their service here. and they got a known venezuelan scammer with a big weird head that worked with the government on a gigantic crypto project that failed as their COO. what's their problem?

>what's their problem?
their problem was that it soon dawned on everyone that they were running a massive money laundering operation in a country that is on restricted banking list.
such activity threatened not just civil fines, but criminal charges and jail time. so they quickly abandoned the market
even tho the revenue was very very small, this was literally the only revenue they had. so it became clear to everyone involved that it was a failed idea and was time to move on.
all the management staff changed to other projects but there are still a handful of delusional bagholders who retain hope because the DNS records haven't expired yet, so they post here
