There's less creativity because everyone knows memes did the best overall with zero utlilty. So devs aren't really incentivized to create shit this time around. But I think whatever allows people to hypergamble in the most normie friendly or easiest way will be big. I think the hamster racing narrative kinda showcased that a bit.
