you mean hit the fan? i don't doubt it. it's not like any of this is sustainable. housing cant just keep going up forever and even if it did it would make millions homeless in the long run, no home = no reason to work = collapse of american way of life. so yea. they literally cannot keep this going forever.

The amount of silver my friend has bought is making me sweat. The CPI can’t be a lie right? Surely the fed will somehow deflate 33 trillion without turning on the printers…. Right? There’s no way this could hyperinflate…

>Millions homeless

You do realize that this must occur in order for housing prices lmao rents to go back down, right? Have you ever heard of a time when a landlord has reduced rent? Oh no. It's always "as costs have increased for you, so have costs increased for us". I remember hearing some CEO say on the news that they will only do it when "the last man, woman, ans child" are homeless and on thr streets. Otherwise, there is always a renter. Same with homes, always a paypig to buy

Yes happened to me 10 years ago. My rent was reduced from 1200 to 1050 but they made me sign another year lease.

The interesting thing about the coasts is housing markets correct a lot quicker. There are a lot of houses for sale that are pre-2020 prices. But... They're still 1-5MM for a starter. Midwest prices still haven't dropped a single cent, not sure why people aren't getting the message.

More like 900k to a million for a single family house in a shit area. Can find a condo for half of that.
