Said bank account has 1500€ in it
I know next to nothing about crypto, besides how stuff like mining works
All I want to know is 1) What platform should I start out with and 2) How to get notified on new shitcoin releases

1st of all you're going to need to be extremely patient in this.

2. since you have so little to start with you're going to need to start with complete jeet shit on shitcoin casinos like sol and bnb because of the low fees.

3. make a metamask. never save your pass phrase on the computer or tell anyone. hide it somewhere irl where no one will ever find it.

4. i'm from usa but if you can use coinbase in eu I recommend that. buy eth on coinbase.

5. send eth to your metamask

6. use a service like changenow to trade 50% eth to sol and 50% to bnb

7. fuck around on bsc and sol network buying new shitcoins with like 10-50 bucks on solana and pancakeswap - before you start doing this make sure you figure out how to make sure they arent complete rugs by using rugchecker tools, check to see that the top holders dont have like 20%+ of the supply (excluding shit like burn wallets/contracts etc) join telegrams or look for tgs that tell you when a new contract is minted etc.

8. if something giga poomps take a bit of profit and put it into blue chips like bitcoin, Shib, and BITCOIN

9. do this for years
or just ape about 1300 into hpos on eth and keep 200 in eth for gas, wait a year and cash out a 10000x
