from the extremely limited information in your picrel, the chart shows a daily candle over candle which was rejected back down into the previous day range. This is bearish in the short term. If this daily candle closes above yesterday high, it's very bullish, and a break of the red candle from 2 days ago would be extremely bullish and signal a breakout to new yearly highs more likely than not.
