I think long term we're going to keep getting dedollarization. It's not going to be the cataclysmic event everyone keeps fear mongering about. But it's going to keep yields much higher for longer. America is going to be more sensitive to inflation since we can't offshore as much of it to other nations holding our bonds.

This in turn is going to eat into our margins and cause growth to be slower and the stock market, which is overwhelmingly dominated by large growth cap companies dependent on that cheap refinancing debt (10% of them are fucking zombies that don't even make profit), to possibly crab for like a fucking decade.

International is going to have the opposite effect and will become better as their yields go down as more people run from the dollar. Also we're most likely going to need higher taxes to pay for this insane welfare state debt bubble which will also slow growth.
