Link = objective oracles
Kleros = subjective.
Think about a contractor building a deck.
Link = automatic payments and data transfer with building materials, starting/completing work, does the deck exist? overhead, dates/on time etc

Kleros = is the customer satisfied with the quality of the deck? Quality of materials? Was the original contract agreed upon = final constructed product? Were people compensated properly? This is where other people with experience making decks or contracting work can analyze if things were done typically and properly.
