No exchange will allow you to deposit in alt coins and pay you huge chunk of fiat currency

You can buy crypto in exhange via fiat currency and then if it goes big they can then let you withdraw, but only if they themselves can actually trade the cryptos but no trade where person bought something for $1 per coin and "value" is now $2000 will actually ever be accepted. The trade will never go through. Never.

Why do you think crypto exhanges like KuCoin keep changing terms of conditions, are asking their customers why they withdrawal so soon?

There has not been a single human being that has actually managed to buy crypto low and sell high, physically cash in hand. Not a single human being. All Bitcoin owners from pre-2019 are still poor. No crypto exchange allows it as a payment method or allow you to withdraw the current value in fiat.
