I've been doing this since 2016 and you do get used it, but you also rationalize it by saying that "I would have made $X if I had bought that with all my money. I'll have $X in Y number of years if I continue to trade Bitcoin, or even from my career. I'm not going to be rich for as long as I might have but I am going to get there."
It's a convoluted solution, and you are coping (you have to), but see how I minimized the problem to be about age?

I bought like 300 at $1.24 and stopped buying. Thought about buying at 80 cents. Then boom $3.25. the most I could have done is put the cash in an IRA to avoid taxes. Yeah it sucked watching it go up, yeah I'm still posting about it, but I still have 300 and if it goes higher I won't feel like a total idiot.
