Assuming you keep your greed in check selling options is a lot more sustainable than buying them. Keep in mind most options contracts go worthless so the odds are in your favor *most of the time*.
Normally I shill getting good at SPX credit spreads, limited risk way of getting a good handle on what selling options can be like. I say this since index options are cash settled so risks like early assignment aren't a thing, plus if you get good at credit spreads you can also reap some tax benefits on any euro style contract.
That said some resources,

Now once you get a handle on what theta is, the other greeks and how they effect you can get more creative since you have a basic understanding. So for example you could start spamming, strangles, ironflies, condors, or spam the wheel, etc....
Personally I like spaming spreads on the indexes, and as of late CSP's and CC's on a few select stocks I happen to like and more or less wheel them.

>>56637656
Depends on how you go about it, if you can set it up well something like a back ratio spread with enough time on the right instrument can be ideal. So if you know stuff will move just not sure where it's for the most part viable, just God help you if it crabs.

Not necessarily, a basic bitch covered call strategy has it's uses if you're sitting on shares and we're crabbing for a while. Plus if you're spamming credit spreads on a index it's not that hard to get a really basic set up going.
>spill the beans, you don't know jack shit about what anything will do
Never claimed that, nor do I even know what any given stock will do hence why I mostly spam options on indexes, future options from time to time or wheel stocks I like.
That said the only thing I do know is the SPX, RUT, NDX, and their future-options counter parts have a vague inclination to go up more so than down but it can go down from time to time. Outside of that I don't really time anything since it doesn't make sense to as Lynch would say.

No, the concepts of personal autonomy, affinity groups, consensus building, and direct action (not a mere synonym for riots, but meaning all actions that directly manifest your goal) will help get results a lot goddamn better than voting for more whore politicians, no matter what the powers that be may want.

You think in terms of formal political systems and corruption because those are concepts you already understand. I don't blame you for this, but making progress will require you to learn some concepts you don't already understand, concepts that your enemies already understand perfectly and use against you as often as possible.

Western civilisation has been around for 1500 years or so, and we've only really seen this level of depravity in the last century and a bit. If we look at the patterns of other civilisations around the world we see the same sort of events play out in the later stages of the cycle, it doesn't last forever. Banks, corporations, whatever organisations - these all subject to history as well. Things will change, eventually. I wish Bloomberg would post this latest Next Big Risk that features Boaz Weinstein so you niggers can watch it and ignore it. I saw it again this morning and one thing he said that I can recall clearly enough to relay without butchering too badly is that the Fed and markets are not your friend and may do things which trigger investor psychological effects and cause longer term pull outs. He said to imagine what it was like for Japanese investors a couple of decades or so ago when they kept seeing their investments drop and drop and drop. He said after a few times of that shit people just say fuck that and pull their capital. He said people had come to too much confidence in the "buy the dip" mentality which had worked under QE but the Fed would not be rescuing shit "this time" so you'd buy a dip, then buy a dip, and when would the dips stop coming? Anyway, niggers.

Today I was jauntily returning from luncheon and stopped for gasoline (discounted from recent price actions of course) and a pajeet woman sauntered up to me and babbled something about needing money. Tired of brown people at shopping centers (except for that one hot vietnamese girl with the big ass in the short shorts I saw that one time) asking me for money I ignored her, then she went back to her SUV. I guess she was demanding/"begging" money for gas. I can't even get gas without jeets trying to scam me nowadays, it's not even just the internet anymore- it's jeets forever, everywhere, all the time since 2021.

I didn't care for the first half life at that time so I didn't bother playing the second. Now that I'm a proper 36 year old single loser, I have the time to play these games because I've given up on everything else in life so it kind of works out. I will say the modern warfare 2 days on my Xbox 360 with all my friends were comfy as hell. Still look back fondly on that era of call of duty games. Tried playing warfare and it's a f2p zoomer nightmare mess. I almost uninstalled before I could even figure out how to get to a match. It's just a mess of advertisements everywhere. Of course, but that Anon makes a good point that even outside of our modernized society there's derangement, and there always has been. There's a reason why the Bible mentions all of that so many times. These days here in modern "society" it has more freedom to be done out in the open. The *real* issue that's growing now is how that freedom is allowing and causing it to be instilled into upcoming children/generations as not only completely "normal", but even *great*. The stupid shit about social security is you will never get as much back as you pay in so you would be better off just saving for retirement yourself but NOoooo government and politicians think you are too stupid to save for your own retirement.

Those things are very powerful aspects and shapers of the entire economic outlook. Discussing them is essentially Anons just providing varying views/data sets that may or may not touch on bits that others lack and need for their own in order to potentially better determine our own personal economic investment/trading strategies.

>fed is terrified american's will get used to high inflation
The incredibly high inflation and the accompanying price hikes have been RESOUNDINGLY ACCEPTED by the consumer, business and commerce. No slump in sales, nowhere. Retail incredibly strong.
You might even wanna argue that real inflation has not even been tried, yet.

The consumer is incredibly strong, way stronger than anticipated during the past few decades.
Business will now adjust prices like the consumer owes them for decades of getting shit too cheap.

Inflation & CPI will at all times remain positive y/y.
>>56640336
All of the pumps this year have been "full retard strength pivot & policy change anticipation euphorias."
It's literally the markets "2 more weeks" meme.
Any data point, any fed speech will be interpreted as a sure indication of imminent
>rate cuts
>stoppage of QT
>return to QE ala infinite money printer.
This is the delusion that propelled the market higher during any time of this year. Especially the full retard strength of the past two weeks.
>>56640480
>>56640580
People don't know what inflation means.
Inflation coming down does not mean that prices will get cheaper in aggregate.
Inflation coming down only means that the "rate of increase" is lowering. It does not mean that the "rate of increase" goes negative.
That would be deflation and this can't happen and will be fought against tooth and nail.

Yeah. Plus in order to get the max outta it you must work 35 years and be age 70. Then if your total retirement income is over 25,000 a year they apply a tax, 50% or 85% if your pulling down over 34,000 a year. Medicare is a hot mess to. Parts A,B,C. Whoopee. Each part covers different things. Which again you have to fork out so much a month for. Govt picks up the rest of it. Your better off just say screw medicare and get a health plan through your state govt marketplace. Then it's simpler and cheaper.
