Well if I went outside right now all my options atm are go for a walk in the dark. I live in a tiny rural cabin town on an off road. There's no street lights in the area even. Most places close at 6pm and even if something is open its just a store and not a place to go sit and chill. So for me sitting in listening to old amiga xm/s3m/mod music and reading crypto posts and making ai art is a comfy night for me. Otherwise its going out and starting fights with the roaming gangs of deer in the area and those 2 solitary bears that wander into the area on occasion.

What I do is dress up and literally just go walk around the busy part of my town where everyone meets up and do nothing but walk and be at least somewhat close to people just so I don't go completely insane. Don't even talk to anyone or even stop, just walk and maybe exchange a glance of two. Or if it's summer I walk through a pic related place merely to be close to other people having fun, just to feel half human.

Then I go back to my room replenished and continue with my (non) life

I am demoralized, but not because of these fucking gay posts. No one ever fucking did a fucking thing to actually help me in my life and the minute I finally felt like I was getting somewhere covid then fucked me over. But even that isn't why I'm tired, I'm tired because I realized even after grinding my 20s away for nothing it's been another almost 4 years since covid was a thing. Fuck man. I admit it can be hard at times. There's nights I want to enjoy the company of people. Luckily there's a bar about 15mins drive from here and I go there get a nice double sized burger and fries and sit and people watch and chill on my phone at the bar for a few hours. There's some decent cabin qt in town I just havent really talked to any besides the waitress at the bar and I dont flirt with them. I've debated getting a dog but still havent really got over my dog from childhood passing awhile ago so the thought of getting another dog and having it pass still is in my head. Its not bad and I actually 90% of the time enjoy my setup. But on occasion I admit the lack of a cabin qt in panties to talk to sucks.
