if you trade you have to trade according to a strategy
no other trades allowed then what you have planned
no fomo no panic dumping
you work out a strategy and targets
you exactly trade according to your targets
no emotion allowed
where you profitable with your strategy yes or no?
yes - keep doing what you are doing
no - why? change your approach

anything else is just pure gambling and you will be emotional about constantly checking the price
