You clearly don't understand the point of abolishing the central bank, its not "dollarisation" its a free market of currency and disconnecting the state from money. USD will probably be broadly used, but the idea is that you can use whatever settlement currency you want whether that is BTC, gold, or bags of human excrement like your midwit opinion.
