Well anons my RH account finally got funded. Time to buy 3 itm puts dated to january and sell way otm 0dtes until then and collect my money.

The plan then is to use my 0dte sales to buy single slightly otm puts dated 2 to 3 days out and then sell 0dtes on those as well.

My suspicion is we see an overnight catastrophe and selling way out of the money 0dtes while accumulating longer term puts will be a success.

Thoughts?

I think it's fair to say that if there is a line watched by a lot of traders, when the stock gets close to that line or gets close to a spot on the chart that technical traders would agree looks like "support" or "resistance" then those traders will perceive the risk of a reversal might be imminent. Since heightened perception of risk (sentiment) drives markets in the short term more than anything else it is reasonable to say technical line drawing does matter. It's not that the lines themselves cause the market to move. That's astrology. It's peoples' perception of the importance of the lines and how it relates to risk that cause the people themselves to trade in a way that lends importance to the lines. In short the lines do matter
