>Some guy does Vitalik pedo joke
>L1 bagholder (95% down, 66% down vs ETH or something) tells you how ETH is old and dumb and his ghostchain bags are future
>Spaghetti code guy does his bid
>Next L1 shill, goes to war with OP and L1 shill from before
>Thread is in mid phase now, some random retard quotes Bitcoins standard as holy bible
>Now comes part when someone shills random ticker you never heard about

Opening ETH threads on biz is like reliving last 6 years over and over again, fucking groundhog day of circular reasoning by far left side of the curve

I’ve come to agree with CZ that liquidity is king.

Amazing thread OP. You are a /biz/ scholar. I mean it, this thread is hilarious only because it's so accurate.

if you open too many eth threads, link holders won't be able to argue about double standards anymore. that can't happen, it's the only thing they have. please be considerate of the link bagholders

it happens all the time in tech that something gets replaced by something better along the way.
just accept that Vitalik fumbled it, he had many many years to come up with improvements when he barely had any competition but overall only made things worse.

Fuck forgot to add this. will include in future pastas, tnx retard

Argument that Vitalik fucked up ETH development by mind unable to comprehend how software is developed or how that ETH is competitive environment on protocol(5 execution and 5 consensus clients) or application (1000s daps) layer

Your assessment is pretty accurate. I do however hope you have learned from all of this that ethereum isn’t perfect either. I still think eth pos was a mistake, I also doubt it will ever make a new eth btc ATH, yet I still think eth is the only other coin aside from btc that has any semblance of legitimacy to exist in its current form.

ETH biggest superpower and weakness same time is opensource and transparent shitshow of development and tackling hard problems in open and transparent way polar opposite from buying shitcoin bags and praying devs deliver on unrealistic promises.

It's so far from perfect I agree, but real fud is beyond scope or comprehension ability of biz retards so that's not point of this thread, you can debate pros and cons of pos (yes its nuanced topic imagine that lol) or speculate will it overperform/underperform btc all you like, only real peak Dunning-Kruger champions will be captured in green text pasta

the real dynamic is far more simple.
btc - for several factors - managed to capture the SoV position and began to optimize for that.
eth - by nature of *not* being able to capture SoV position optimized for 'utility'
This puts eth in the uncomfortable position that its valuation will be inherently tied to its utility. The same is not true of BTC - it only needs to be secure + scarce.
In short eth is a wagie coin.

eventually someone comes along and develops something better.
like I said, happened many times.
you can cope as much as you want but doesnt change anything I said.
