I wouldn't consider myself a full on "doomer" at this point, but absolutely do not rule hard core fuckin' doom out of the potentials. I more see the likelihood of potential very real economic issues that could wipe out financial institutions that aren't strong enough to hold through a serious enough storm and am taking steps to move into what should be a solid enough brokerage even though I consider their platform to be inferior in some key ways. I really wish I could just know for sure that it don't be like it is, but I think it just might do.

Ho hum. Year's almost gone. 2024 round the bend. Debt's getting knocked down; once the interest payments start kicking in march 2024 the payments won't be much. Right in time for my July pay hike. (6%). Another pay hike comes in July 2025 (4%). I'm confident the legislature will pass them. The state's sitting on a billion surplus. It's also an election year. Lots of voters work for the state. Both parties would have egg on the face if they denied the hikes. The loans are assumable, and while a normal person would have difficulty buying my place any time soon, they can afford to sit on the assets just for the interest rates alone and if it take six months it takes six months, they don't care. I'm the opposite, I don't understand the clothes. Bags are tradeable, and likely not used for a long time depending on size and use. I have some exclusive LVxSupreme and Gucci bags I've been sitting on for a while, and they just keep increasing in value because the design is easy to be a fan of. I've done this with other products in the past, but you have to be pretty intimate with the market, like reselling watches.

It's good shit, too. Sometimes I sprinkle it up with cayenne pepper, and usually add some Italian seasoning. Occasionally I'll go with curry powder. I usually put whole kernel corn in it, and often even include hemp seed powder for extra protein (beans/rice beans/corn either one together form a complete protein).
