Reposting because it's true. You are missing out on easy money, you just gotta wait a year or two.

Government regulators are omega-tier pissed off than Trump's 2018 farm bill accidentally made all cannabis with less than 0.3% delta-9 THC 100% legal across the country. This includes products with high THCa content, which turns into delta-9 when smoked.

That's why the CBD industry has been booming, and why hemp farmers nationwide have been sold out and expanding like crazy for the last 5 years.

All of that is about to come to an end. The regulators are going to win, because the government are greedy, money-grubbing little shits who can't ever leave us alone.

This will cause an absolute surge in demand for cannabis products from dispensaries across the country. You'll see cresco, curaleaf, trulieve, etc all pop once those financials come in, figure about 6 months to 1 year from now. You'll also probably see Tilray do a little 10x as the hedge funds try to get in. Expect IIPR to jump 2x, and NLCP to 2x or 3x. It might even go crazy since it's low market cap, but it's a REIT so the dividend will ultimately guide the price to a significant degree.

This will then settle down, and gains will be preserved. I expect a 2x-3x across the entire industry with 1.5x-2x maintained going forward, with continued annual growth in the low double digits.

In fairness it worked for the overall market for a long time but they think it now applies to highly leveraged shitcoins, ETFs, option plays, random shitcos, ARKK tier profitless trash, etc. They also think that just because something goes up in the long term there aren't times, sometimes over a decade where things do indeed go down. And your competing with completely prefabricated buildings. You can just call HomeDepot and have them deliver fairly large two story prefabbed buildings right now for very very cheap. All you have to do is put in the insulation/dry wall/flooring and you're ready to go.
I'm quite certain 3d printed buildings will never be a thing outside of maybe college campuses with the way they build and tear down buildings like tents.
