Daytrading is so fucking stressful, i'm not even surprised 95% of people fail at this form of trading, the rest 5% does cocaine to cope with being a soulless machine.

It's tough but I don't daytrade cryptos...and neither should you. Crypto is strictly buy and hold, even swing trade over weeks, but no daytrading.
I have numerous accounts in futures, forex and stocks and one I use for aggressive heavy leverage in forex and cfd's and the others at a varying degree of leverage and length open.
It took me a few years to grind and build my stack, but its cruise control now. Hang in there.

Just sell far out of the money strangles in high IV and far out of the money iron condors in low IV. ETFs only, unless you have a high risk tolerance/ are willing to have 10+ positions on to diversify.

Immerse yourself in demo accounts and paper trading first. Best way to learn is finding out what you like to trade best and what time of day, etc and stick with what you feel comfy with, and look up youtube vids...there's tons of info out there.

if you're patient and relaxed about it, it's not so bad... having trades open constantly would be too stressful. also have to remind yourself to be happy with wins and close
