Didn't their network have to be rebooted at least 5 times already? They won their 100k bounty already. For the rest I don't know I'm a retard and I didn't buy because a normie shilled this to me irl in the gym last year

Based thread, SOL and BNB are my main horses now with POND and KDA just in case they finally do something and poomp as well. Both have great copium attached and I inhaled.

Things are looking bright anons.

SOL is gonna make us fucking rich. I think it’ll hit $800-$1000 on a blow off top bull run. BNB worries me because of Jewish regulators. Kikes seem to turn a blind eye to SOL.

Only reasons to fud Solana now:
> Gensler labelled it a muh security but his arguments don't have much merit after XRP was declared a commodity (on the condition it's sold on exchanges and not by the foundation itself)
> Inflationary tokenomics
Other than that, Solana is genuinely THE ethereum killer. Much better scalability, much faster, much cheaper, vibrant community + fantastic marketing, etc.

Dude if Sam bankman is pro SOL- SOL is 100% a security . Sam literally said the SEC gave the industry to Gensler on a platter? Why? Because Gensler knows about bitcoin (BSV)— Gensler is WHY FTX and binance are in investigations .

I hope this is a joke bruv. It only works because the validators are NASA computers connected to 100 GBIT internet. The scalability of Söylana is literally pegged to computer hardware aka not really scalable.

I agree that in terms of decentralization of nodes, Solana doesn't do too good, but it's still sufficiently decentralized compared to current banking and financial infrastructure. The transactions are still final and settle rapidly, but most importantly it scales. I think the whole "blockchain shut down" is FUD, what happened is that the nodes did not reach a concensus. Solana sacrifices decentralization of nodes for scaling. Whether or not this is good is up for debate. I think Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana can co-exist as they fulfil different needs. You have a range of small, medium and large blocksizes. I'm not going to lie and say I'm not concerned about the state of nodes, but it's still a vast improvement over legacy systems and it does indeed scale. My other concern is that I'm not sure big blocks mean anything. BSV predates Solana and it's garbage.

The other thing is this. In theory, altcoins are useless because the whole purpose of Bitcoin is to adapt to its environment. It's a protocol that may evolve if circumstances demand it. Whatever Ethereum, Solana, etc. do, so can Bitcoin. For now there is no need for Bitcoin to adapt because growth is slow, but I'm positive it's capable of change either via soft or hardforks if circumstances pressure it.

>Whatever Ethereum, Solana, etc. do, so can Bitcoin.

ummmm.....no

otherwise they would have had smart contracts up and running ages ago.

Gen 1: Bitcoin
Gen 1.5: Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, everything else you've heard of including fake new gen Sui and Aptos
Gen 2: Avalanche

"Smart contracts" are buzzwords used to attract the naive. There are contracts on Bitcoin in limited capacity. One can write contracts with Bitcoin's scripting language. More sophisticated contracts are found on Lightning (eg. HLTCs, DLCs), or on sidechains (Rootstock). This is a better architecture than all other blockchains because it makes no sense having execution and computation on the same layer. See:

Solana is basically meme hardware scaling (The worst kind of scaling) with cool VM, There's nothing inherently special or groundbreaking about it, Certainly not something that justify the amount of shills it gets on social media/VCs
