My entire Roth is in dividend stocks. Mostly higher yields upfront like realty income, pepsi, JNJ, and SCHD. The low yield stuff is great too because they raise dividends by a huge % every year and offer share growth. Take visa for example, they raise dividends yearly but they mainly focus on share buybacks. They improve their EPS and the stock price increases with it. For my regular taxable it’s all just VOO and VTI.
