>nearly seven hundred thousand dollars for a 2 bedroom house
>cause it’s in some bumfuck NH town

> New Hampshire

It skyrocketed in price because all the massholes flooded in. Demographics and immigration are destiny.

Idk where you’re from, but the issue here is the Conway is not bumfuck New Hampshire. It’s a very desirable tourist area due to being one the more developed areas near the white mountains. Tourists flock there from all over the world.

>> No.56356988

I wanted to move to New Hampshire in 2020, and was checking out houses. I saw this massively large house on several acres of land in southern NH near the Massachusetts border, and it was $<350k at the time.
It's probably a million now.
That was only three years ago.

Right because when i think of all the amazing places id love to go to in the world, i instantly think of the middle of fucking new hampshire lol.

>>56357097
You’re being sarcastic, but lots of people actually do want to go there! The white mountains are insanely beautiful, the fall foliage is gorgeous, and the population of Conway is like 98% white. Just because you don’t want to go there doesn’t mean other people don’t.

I’m from southern New Hampshire and when you’re in places like the white mountains, or Acadia National park in Maine, you realize that international tourists to America read about these places of natural wonder and pay big bucks to go see them. You see big buses of Chinese and Japanese tourists, and giant Indian families.

What is even the endgame for this
At this point building sheds must have a 500% profit margin

>> No.56357307

>>56357226
There is no endgame. I mean the bubble will likely burst at some point but it will build again and the trend is up only forever, especially as more and more of the country gets overrun with third world chaos.

price of the land is reasonably stable
the insanity seems to only apply to the shed on top
at the same time we are on a board where it’s considered normal to pay $30.000 for a data point in a useless database so lmao

>> No.56357340

it will burst exactly when you buy a home. then the price will crater and slowly climb back to the price you bought at but now its 12 years later and you are sick of your neighborhood that has turned into a nigger barrio so you sell and make zero profit while some saudi investment group that bought in a few years after you and paid 40% of what you did actually can turn a profit. you see this in stocks all the time. why should the jewelry stop there?

When it sold for 72k it was just the land probably or it was a crack shack and needed to be torn down and replaced with a new build or heavily renovated

Well, that's still no justification for it jumping from $385k in 2021 to $659k in 2023.
