Should I buy a 2024 Corolla Hybrid? I'm a normie when it comes to cars and don't care about performance. I do need a car that won't make pussies go dry though, but I feel like just having a new car and not an old one with vomit on the seats gets the pussy moist enough.

Is this the financially responsible approach to getting a car? I'll probably be looking at $26k OTD. I unironically have 25k LINK and $50k in the bank and work as a Software Engineer at a tech company.

No woman has ever got even slightly moist from a Toyota
Also it's a depreciating asset and you will lose all your shekels
Just get something from the mid 2000s that was super expensive when new but has reached the bottom of the depreciation curve, porsche 911, audi r8, c6 corvette come to mind in your budget Cars like that will increase in value during your ownership and will probably lead to your dick getting sucked
>t. Got my dick sucked in many 2000s super cars, never owned anything new, always made a profit on cars

Get Corolla'd bro. It's a gorgeous car, it's spacious, the distribution of the front is gorgeous and ultra optimized and it has a high profile feel you don't get on this price range for most cars.
>t. i bought a corolla last month with my duck race derby profits and im kinda coping because i wish i would've saved for another more expensive car

NO buy a Mitsubishi mirage. 10 year 100k mile warranty, cheapest car on the market, and people know you're real as fuck because who would drive a mirage when you're surrounded by trucks and scatpacks. Also 45 mpg on highways. Mitsubishi mirage chads stay winning

RAV and COROLLA are booth good motors. Because both motors are made in the noble east- where a mans dignity is closely connected to the quality of his work. This is why a Toyota or a Honda will run for 300K easy, whereas with a Ford or a Frenchie, you will be lucky to get you 100 thousand miles.

The other thing about French motors to bear in mind, is that those guys don't wash much, and a so drink a lot of wine and coffee. And you know what that means? Lots of piss, unwashed hands assembling your Peugeot- your new motor is coated in Frenchman's urine, before you even get a sniff of the new leather.

New cars that are worth buying are:
1. Prius (not prime too overpriced)
2. Civic hatchback
3. Accord (this one have to be hybrid, mid trim)
4. Rav4 (hybrid>pure petrol>>>plug in hybrid)
5. CR-V hybrid (regular one is too slow even for a small suv engine is not suited for something this heavy)
6. Tacoma (mid trim, they will always have high resell value but if you don't need truck don't get one)
7. Corolla hybrid (I think a basic one will be the best as it will lose the least resell value, I think this will have more devaluation out of the popular toyota models, it is smaller than the civic, it rides worse and the interior is not on par, an even a Corolla top trim hybrid is only ~3k lower than mid civic and ~5k lower than accord both of wipe the floor with the Corolla)

tl.dr Corolla hybrids will have horrible resell value only the basic one is worth it and only if you want to go from point A to point B nothing more, Prius is better in every way possible and not that more expensive.

Nobody here clearly has a fucking clue about cars.
>A hybrid corolla isn't an awful choice at all if you want to or feel compelled to buy new. Keep in mind due to the more complicated hybrid drivetrain on it, if something does go wrong with it you are a slave to the dealer's service department .
>If I could make a recommendation, save some cash and some headache down the line and buy a lightly used corolla hatchback from 2019-2022. They look and drive great and the interior is the best they've ever put in a corolla.
>If you want to size up, skip the rav4 and get a 4runner. Very pricey new or used but it's worth the price of admission. It's the only vehicle Toyota still makes 100% in Japan with jap steel. All other yota's including the Tacoma & Tundra are made in Alabama or Baja California with chink steel. T4R's are absolute beasts wether you need to crawl around the mall or crawl around Black Bear pass in CO. Great do-it-all. I personally own 2.

How are Toyota's CVTs? I like the idea of a Corolla Hatchback and was looking at them after one caught my eye on the street.
I like the 'idea' of a 4Runner but it's very expensive and I think i'd be paying for a lot of stuff that wouldn't really matter except for like a handful of bad snow days and i'd be better served with like a Corolla or Prius since the back seats fold and I can fit basically the same amount of stuff in any of them.

>> No.56331405

They beat every other CVT on the market and have refined them pretty well in the past couple of years. Reliability wise, you shouldn't be concerned, just change the CVT fluid every 50k miles/5 years.
