Is there any good reason to invest in BTC anymore when ETH makes BTC superfluous? Everything interesting in crypto is now ETH adjacent

Icp is the new kid on the block, only place where you can host full stack dapps on chain. Among other things it’s also an l2 for btc, eth, and any other chain that uses ecdsa. Many more things I could list but I think I’ve said enough.

Also ethereum is actually ancient dogshit. It’s like 14 tps and it can cost hundreds for a single transaction which can fail and take your money anyways, not to mention it takes an eternity to reach finality. The only reason why anyone still uses eth is because it was a first mover and therefore has all the liquidity. Even Chains like sol literally kick the piss out of eth as far as ux and that can’t be denied.

3 entities control over 50% of nodes for eth, btc only has 3 core developers. I only own a small bag of sol that I only use when I have to so I’m not even shilling, but muh decentralization is a meme.

>ETH makes BTC superfluous
- bitcoin is not controlled by anybody
- it doesn't get major reworks to the tokenomics like ethereum
- miners actually have to do work to win rewards
- using the eth network punishes you to enrich vitalik and his cronies

newfag or troll?

I'll do you one better, is there any good reason to invest in ETH when duck race derby makes the profits you can get with ETH superfluous?

Single brainsell Bitcoiners theorize that simply holding ETH in a dusty ledger nano locked in a safe, qualifies as "investing in ETH", but that's so asinine. For to invest in ETH is to run at the minimum, 1 rocket pool mini pool validator node hosted on cloud servers. Several liquidity provider contracts (at least 1 stablecoin and 1 contract with alt/ETH with high correlation). At least 1 other dapp yeild platform of ur choosing (such as aave or curve) and a couple moonshots you can purchase through a DEX. Doing all of this is truly investing in ETH and will yeild U an apy of 30-40% in ETH yearly regardless of the USD price or bear/crab market (more in bulk market) which is why ETH holders start each BULL run with a 300% larger stack then the previous bull run. Bitcoiners can't do this and are forced to use CEX (Centralized exchanges) to grow their stack using high risk swinging and leverage not to mention having to film tiktoks just to be able to withdraw their funds.

>"Anon Bitcoin is beating ETH again just look it's up 11% APY this year!!"
>Anon you should of listened to me bought BTC when I told you
>*Laughs internally*
>My ETH stack has grown 42% this year using dapps and staking
>"Looks like your right! The charts never lie" I say sarcasticly as I finish typing up some ETH fud. The less stakers and lenders the higher my APY.
