Okay, I'm never one to say this, but I literally just got secondhand information about this, a hint from a man upstairs that the Hong Kong digital currency will be the first use case of CCIP.

I don't usually have access to good info, but this is what I was told: The integration is ready to launch, the regulatory framework is in place, and the Hong Kong digital assets were built to use CCIP with the banking system.

In Hong Kong, there are at least 3 banks that issue separate versions of Fiat money, so the regulatory framework to handle digital assets isn't that much of a stretch.
