The actual time consuming problem is regulation, which will take years to come and banks need to lobby it (as they do).

They already dodged the bullet of being a settlement layer or re-inventing the TradFi stack. But regulation is slow.. EU is moving "fast" as they get MiCa next year which took years to come, and even that won't help a shit on this context.

So, you might need to wait 5-10 years more as heard during the Smartcon.
