You have to send a transaction of 0 with gas price of 5 gwei to both the "cashout" button at the top of the site or to the button in the tank at the hangar page, wherever you have funds
You will see the transactions in the "Internal Transactions" tab in Etherscan (it will not be in the default "Transactions" tab so maybe that's you you are not seeing it)
