In my country geht away with this Boy doing the following:
>Move into Apartment
>pay regular Rent for the first 2 months
>pay late for the 3th month
>stop after that
You have a good 6 months left before they can force you out since the landlord needs to file a lawsuit and shit takes a looong time. So you can live there for another 4-5 months easy. Then they shit on the carpet and move out overnight. Repeat with next apartment (all while receiving government gibs, there is nothing to take from these people really)
Sounds stupid but happened to my neighbor who is a landlord 2 within 2 years. Kinda funny when you think about it but he’s an alright guy so it sucks for him
