This actually isn't true once you dive beyond solutions that an AI has seen before
If you're making a niche API/generic SaaS sure, AI can build it for you since it's seen the inner workings a thousand times in thirty languages, but if you start making relatively novel products, it has no idea how to build it

I'll give you an example, anon. I'm building something that uses pixel art. My workflow is now: Get AI to punch out a basic model of what I want, and then spend a bit of time cleaning it up, and it's perfect. Compare that to having to do it from scratch. Same with boilerplate code. Any basic system just get AI to punch out all the basic code and then clean it up. It's a massive efficiency amplifier, and it's just getting better and better. The images coming out of DALL-E 3 are mindblowing.
