Hi all,

As you know since July 2023 we mandate a return to office at 50%. September numbers shows that some of you failed to reach the quota. I would like to remind you that next month the ratio will be enforce and impact your performances. Thanks and have a good weekend.

Hey Ashley,

I already talked about RTO with my manager and we had an agreement.

For your information, and you can share this e-mail with the HR channel, I will not go back to the office and it's not negotiable.

Or I stay working from home or I resign without notice - There are plenty of companies not enforcing the RTO policy in the town.
