They use the cheapest chicken for a start. Battery farm grade, but doused in sauce so you can't taste how cheap the meat is. Also, they use the stuff that hasn't sold that's just about to go out of date, which isn't really a problem but they'd have ended up binning it anyway so anything is a bonus. I worked at a grocery store baking these chickens. They come frozen every day and you put in oven and then into plastic container. Probably the only thing I’d trust at a grocery store that’s ready made. Everything else was pure slop. For your health.
