I just sold my house I bought in 2019 for 250k. Sold for 375k. Just put the 100k in 5% high yeald savings. Moved back with my parents, rent free, free food, gonna save and wait out a year or two. If prices dont come down and I get bored/want to move out will be able to do it no problem.
