I have $3,000 saved. I'm already doing a good job of saving my money. How can I improve this?

Keep at $1000 in a high yield savings account. That's your emergency fund in case anything bad happens (flat tire, medical issue, unexpected tax payment, that kind of thing. Emergencies only!)

With the remaining $2000, pay off any credit card debt you have. That will give you higher returns than any stocks. If you have no credit card debt, pay off your auto debt.

Once your auto debt is paid off, start investing in a retirement account. Go to Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or Vanguard and make yourself an IRA.

Fund that account as best you can and buy safe index and mutual funds.

Once you're maxing out your retirement account, then you can start thinking about investing in real estate or a bigger stock portfolio or starting a business.

Don't post Dave Ramsey bait.
OP just start reading and watching and never bet more than 1% of your savings on a trade until you're comfortable
