Does super-linear staking ruin the value proposition of C-Link?

No it literally saves the project. If Chainlink HAD to be 1-1 collateral for every single contract then it would eventually need to come close to global digital GDP. Which might sound bullish as "Wow million dollar link!" but would really just kill the project as there isn't enough liquidity on the planet to support that sort of valuation.
Under SLS you can still have $10k LINK but that $10T cap can support the sort of global collateral we expect to see, and is actually possible.

You chinklink advertisers need to go back to twitter and stay there

literally never used twitter I've been here since you were in diapers, which is not actually a useful metric considering, as a diaper fetishist, you have always been in diapers.

Advertising and begging remains advertising and begging
And this "hey fellow user" method is annoying. Go compete with the other "hey fellow user" advertisers on their platform, twitter

What? This is the LINK board. How can you advertise something on a board dedicated to it?

Hey chainlink team, I appreciate you ramping up marketing in /biz/. Don’t get discouraged by people that hurl shit at you. You do deserve it for negligent marketing management though, so it’ll take some time for the sentiment to change before the next run. Good thinking starting now, say hi to the fatman from the anons.

fair point. though i wonder why there wasn't more of a realization that the project was untenable before it was announced.

Backwards thinking. The SL staking is there to secure the network. More secure = better. Think of it as a backstop, if it goes lower than X the security guarantees of the network no longer apply. Because of SL staking the threshold for that happening is so low thats it irrelevant ie. it does nothing to the token price.
On the other hand the APY % of the network is much better indicator for the value of the token.
