That'll be more like 18 hours a day. I've heard horror stories from people hired to set up new datacenters. Worst one being 48 straight hours of work, taking naps on the floor while waiting for some part to show up. That 110/hour sounds pretty nice though.

OP is a dumb fuck

Red Hat Enterprise Linux is an Operating System, a Linux flavor backed by "enterprise support" , which is in fact IBM. you could learn for all the certifications but it's not a fucking programming language you retard.

On the topic of the job offering. The amount of money per hour is too little for the pressure and the expectations they want. This job opening merits at lest a 250$ / hour just to cover expenses on medical insurance, relaxation, commute and worker safety.
also NO REMOTE? HAHAHAHA, fucking manager idiot still thinkgs is 1982 or something.

Would not apply, even when they offered 6666$ / day

$100k / 2080 hours = $48/hour.

if you're asking why 1099 wages should be equivalent to twice w-2 wages, it's simple: as a 1099 employee you're paying an extra 7.7% in payroll tax, losing out on 5-10% 401(k) matching, losing out on the employer contribution for health insurance benefits (easily $10k for a single person, more for a family), and so on.
