You should probably be careful proceeding forwards using none kyc exchanges because they're likely to come under more and more pressure soon. Worst case would be other exchanges/banks etc just refusing to accept any transaction that's originated from, passed through or been deposited into a none kyc account. They're literally implementing this stuff now.
