I'm pretty ignorant about this technology, but it seems to me that if you decide to try this, you should type it into the email with some sort of encryption that you've designed. Such as, type the letter that comes after it, instead of the actual letter, so that you'll know when you're using it to actually enter different letters than what you wrote
