Doesn't work for fulltime /trv/fags. My house is rented out and the rent covers the mortgage and storage unit but I haven't raised the rent in a while. I'm too paranoid of raising the rent driving the renters out and having """bad renters""" move in. Not worth the headache, I'd rather just leave the good renters in until I'm ready to go home or sell the place.
