They get real quiet when I mention it now. We could have been rich. 36k isn't really a lot of money for an investment that will matter. Could improve quality of life by repair something on the house and increase the value. But ya no real sense in worrying about what he does with the money this much. Just remember when/if you have money later you don't have to feel bad. He got 36k free and wasted it on a 4th car. Id be more worried if he had hundreds of thousands or millions. People that get money like that can have problems that dont relate to money really. Can be difficult to have self discipline when before you didnt need it because you were to broke to even worry about it. That can also be apart of why he is buying this. He never really has that much money and so he doesn't know how to resist buying shit. It is different when its yours vs someone else's life and the advice/plans youd do. Easier to tell and imagine someone else doing the right thing. Harder to do when it your choices.
