>We analyzed a variety of protocols that could be employed as building blocks for this dispute resolution mechanism, such as decentralized oracles, prediction markets, and decentralized justice protocols. After a literature review, we conclude that decentralized justice protocols are the best fit for the task at hand among the analyzed options. In turn, among these, we see the Kleros protocol as the more mature solution that is currently active. We have suggested utilizing Kleros (or a fork of equivalent functionality, if deemed necessary) as a building block for our mechanism.

It’s all correlated, when bitcoin goes up everything altcoins go up more and vice versa. I’m guessing the halving next year will start a new bull run. If the previous pattern repeats bitcoin will get to $100k which will trigger an altcoin boom, bitcoin will go up to $300k-500k

-Clement changing tokenomics at will, which enriches him, his friends, and other sybils registered in PoH at the expense of PNK holders
-Whitepaper falsely advertising an idealized system while the devs built something that was not functional and would lead to financial losses that were not supposed to occur
-Team misappropriating cooperative budget to host parties and travel for pleasure
-V2 release date deliberately lied about to the community repeatedly (Clement says this is so devs work more urgently, but ultimately this just misled countless of investors)
-Staking rewards not delivered on time as promised, causing financial loss to investors. Staking rewards delivered manually and anywhere from 1 to 7 days later than promised.
-Team having more tokens than the amount staked in general court, meaning they can collude on any case they want; team refusing to disclose personal wallets
-A majority of cases are either mirrored photo cases on Proof of Humanity which the team intentionally obfuscates rules of registration on the front end to trick people into breaking rules, or frivilous cases made by Clement or others in order to silence others or artificially boost case count

-Votes being visible on the blockchain which makes it extremely easy to collude with other jurors and skip reading over case details entirely
-Staking incentives are rewarding incoherent people staking and attacking the court over people who simply hold the token and don't stake
-V1 has been broken on Linux kernel, and consequently android, for more than 2 months with no proper fix; this leads to people voting "refuse to arbitrate" which causes them or the cooperative financial loss
-Clement blocks people for saying he should work on Kleros V2 during weekdays, especially because it is more than 2 years late
-Susie was introduced as if it was finished, but it was very rushed and barely works. It happened to be introduced right as Clement decided to change the tokenomics. Ultimately this is just an effort to silence critics of the scammy behavior occuring
-PoH being advertised to this day as a sybil-resistant system, while it is common knowledge by even the team that there are countless sybils in the registry and it is very easy to sybil attack
-Kleros court is littered with inconsistent rulings (which is due to broken economic incentives of V1)
-After being late 2 years on the development deadline promise, the testnet contract for V2 is still broken
-CTO (Clement) refuses to type a single line of code even though V2 is over two years late. He is perfectly fine with wasting time replying to random things on Twitter during business hours, however.
-The appeal system is nothing more than a game of who is willing (or capable) of putting down a large cash deposit, leading to the richest person winning every appeal, leading to the richer getting richer, further worsening the issue. If you'd like to appeal but you're out of money? too bad, you lose all your previous deposits! thanks for playing!
