BTC has lost all its steam after the DEC 21st bloodbath.

I see a better future in XRP at this point.

Anyone else considering something similar?

I'm fine with it staying in the 15k range forever

honestly BTC bullruns are fucking shit for gains due to alts tanking

i dumped my btc last night for 50% xrp 50% ada and i woke up with a much bigger stack

pretty sure btc is done, although it might pick up after the new year, alts are going to dethrone it in 2018

buy XRP at an ATH; are you fuckin larping anon?

did you also buy BTC at $19k... please, save yourself and buy some XLM before it's too late... for fucks sake anon

>> No.5601049

I dumped all my alts into BTC at 15,800 a couple days ago when /biz/ told me BTC was gonna pump to at least 20k. Now I'm stuck with bags $1000 lower than I bought them at, and am wondering if I should wait for it to go back up or sell at a loss back into alts so I won't miss a moon.

Well if btc stays stagnant, or drops, whats wrong with getting in XRP at its near ATH? It has a lot of momentum right now.

I don't see gains in btc, other than picking up dips around 10k. 20k will never happen, and mccafee will weasel out of eating his dick.

Fucking BCH\coinbases fault.

You're probably a day too late. XRP will correct soon before growing again. Wait for that.

This was the correction

He's right though who knows how hard XRP will correct after this.

It's funny how these threads come up everytime BTC stops rocketing up for a few days.

I say put everything you have in XRP, what could possibly go wrong?

Dude... you're going to buy XRP when it's this high?? Get XLM instead. Better tech than XRP and it's only at the start of a huge stellar-type run

>XRP

you said the magic word.
===============================

-The supply is fixed. There's no inflation.

-The current transaction cost for a standard transaction is just 0.00001 XRP.

-The transaction cost is not paid to any party: the XRP is irrevocably destroyed.

-Ripple consistently handles 1,500 transactions per second, 24x7, and can scale to handle the same throughput as Visa.

-Ripple's share is locked in 55 batches, only one batch can be unlocked per month. It would take them 5 years to unlock them all. This makes their incentives 100% aligned with XRP holders. The company is always working on creating new partnerships and expanding XRP's marketshare.

-Ripple doesn't use proof-of-work anywhere which requires inflation and/or outrageous fees (like Bitcoin)

-Ripple is more decentralized than Bitcoin. With Bitcoin, you have no choice but to trust whoever purchased the most hashing power (currently it's a chinese company called Bitmain). With Ripple, you can run your own validator and setup your own trusted validators list. 10s of non related reputable public and private entities around the world are currently running validators, more keep joining.

-The software is open-source (Stellar was a fork of Ripple).

Consider killing yourself and selling all of your crypto if XRP becomes the new leader.
