My office had a bunch of new hires that basically did a walkthru and met with the managers. One of the new girls had a HUGE ASS, like Mandy Muse tier. Everybody knew it, no one was saying anything at the time but we all knew it. Even the women. And the new hires didn't start until next week so they were just wearing their casual clothes and new girl was wearing tight jeans.
Some time later I was talking to a male coworker about the new hires and (new girl's) name came up. He's bad with names so he asked me "Which one was she, again?" I tactically responded "The one with the huge... personality."
Bam, fired for creating a toxic workplace supposeably. One of the HR roasties overheard me and told me sexual euphemisms of any kind wouldn't be tolerated.

Give it to me straight, did I do anything wrong? I wasn't even trying to be sexual or anything, it would've been ridiculous to give a description of her height or hair color or something, and yet he knew immediately who I was referring to. I don't even think they know what a euphemism is. Am I fucked?

the roastie wasn't really from HR, she was just a jealous coworker bitch that just went to HR immediately. Real HR lady then grilled me for 30 minutes before the office closed for the day. She made it really clear it was a fireable offense. This is coming off of sexual harassment training we had to do like 3 weeks ago so it looks kinda bad I guess.
