i tanked my credit score intentionally, went from 800+ to sub-650 in 2 years

got approved for a mortgage in 2021 and bought a rental home at a sub-3% rate

then applied for a bunch of credit cards at 0% interest for 18+ months in 2023 and have been buying treasury bills while making minimum payments
